Clients logged in, initiated a case and downloaded the report

Each customer's journey in the steps it actually took — the sign-in recorded against its own portal account, the case it initiated from that account, and the completed report it downloaded — followed by the same report open in the customer's own account, captured with the portal signed in as that customer, showing the report held on the account and the export control used to download it. Every value is read from the portal's activity log and the case record itself; nothing is reconstructed. Capture the screens as numbered frames, take them away as images or a Word file, or play them through in order.
