acknowledge that, 5 days after the issuance of the business Licenses holding Business Activities described by the MOE in the UAE, Requires registration under GO AML which is a mandatory requirement.
I accept and confirm my responsibility to execute the above and fulfill any obligations arising out of or in connection with the mentioned activities from the date of business license issuance from Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone ("SPC FZ").
I further acknowledge that, should I be unable to register for GO AML for any reason, or willingly disregard the process registration which may impose financial penalties on my company, and Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone may in its sole discretion, will not be liable on its part, or on part of its directors, employees, affiliates or otherwise.
