What the Word file contains
Part one — Question 2: how checks actually operate
The six points answered separately for background screening and due diligence, the live integrations with the providers named and the production volume recorded against each, the enquiries performed by employees and external suppliers, the stages completed outside the platform, how findings are reviewed, and how the report is delivered — with screens E-2.1 to E-2.10.
Part two — Question 3: what customers can access
The direct answers on logging in, viewing and downloading results, the position on delivery by email, what differs between customers and over time, the three completed ARCA assignments reconstructed link by link, the invoice and payment position, the access recorded for every customer account, and screens E-3.1 to E-3.8.
Screens
