Home Office further information request · all four questions

All four answers — one file

The four matters raised by the Home Office answered in one document, in the order they were put, with the option to carry the 26 portal screens behind them in the same file. Every figure is read from the portal when this page opens, so the file always carries the position as the records hold it.

The Home Office has asked for further evidence in support of the Indefinite Leave to Remain (Innovator Founder) application. The request sets out four matters, reproduced verbatim below, together with the totals against which the turnover analysis must reconcile.

  1. Q1. Turnover Analysis — We need your accountant to share with us the complete sales ledger for the three financial years ended 30 June 2024, 2025 and 2026, identifying the customer, invoice date, invoice reference, service supplied, credit notes and sterling revenue recognised (for transactions in foreign currency). If he doesn’t have that, then I’ll need every invoice from July 1st 2023 - 30th July 2026 and will have to try and recreate it myself. Then, together, we’ll need to identify which invoices (or what percentage of each invoice) relates to i. Platform access and subscriptions; ii. Background screening services; iii. Due diligence services and iv. Other sources, identifying what these comprise. The annual totals must reconcile to £94,520, £111,442 and £221,515 respectively.
  2. Q2. Customer registration and usage — Please obtain an export of genuine customer registration records, showing the customer organisation, associated user accounts and registration dates. We will need to distinguish customer organisations from individual users, staff, suppliers and demonstration accounts. We will then need to provide available usage records and monthly statistics showing customer logins, checks submitted, completed cases and results viewed or downloaded.
  3. Q3. How checks actually operate — For background screening and due diligence separately, we will need to explain: i. How the customer submits instructions and documents; ii. Which checks are performed automatically through live integrations, identifying the providers; iii. Which enquiries employees or external suppliers perform manually; iv. Which activities take place outside the platform; v. How findings enter the platform and are reviewed; vi. How the final report is prepared and delivered. We need to distinguish functions actually used in production from functions demonstrated, planned or still being developed.
  4. Q4. What customers can access — We need to show specifically whether customers can log in and view or download their completed screening results through the platform, or whether results are delivered by email or another method. If practices differ by customer or changed over time, then we need to explain. Best illustration would be to provide two or three genuine completed customer examples connecting the original instruction, platform case record, processing history, final report, customer access or delivery evidence, invoice and payment. Existing ARCA assignments would be useful where corresponding records are available. Of course, we can redact certain parts of the documents if necessary.

0 of 0 completed examples carry a linked invoice in the portal register; each is reconstructed link by link from instruction to payment.

Results are held in the customer account and opened and downloaded from it.

0 of 26 screens held as captures taken from the live portal this session.

Each part is also held on its own, if you would rather send them separately

The screens in the combined file are the captures held for this session. To retake them from the live portal first, open the screens page, capture, then build the file here.
